I’m a bestselling author and award winning journalist, podcaster and broadcaster. In my chart topping podcast, You're Booked, which has over a million downloads, I have interviewed a wide range of legendary writers about the books they love the most, and how their reading habits shape their work. I am also the host of the limited series Daisy Is...interviewing guests about love, romance and sexuality (Daisy Is Insatiable) and their complicated relationship with work, career and ambition (Daisy Is Careering).

Over the last ten years, I have written for every single national newspaper and magazine in the UK, from the Guardian to Grazia. My awards include Dating Writer of the Year, and Lifestyle Writer of the Year. I’m a TedX speaker (Don't Compare And Despair - How To Survive A Quarter Life Crisis) and I was chosen to host an interview with Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall on the Duchess's official Instagram book club, The Reading Room. My books include non-fiction (How To Be A Grown Up, The Sisterhood) and the novels Insatiable and Careering. My next novel, Limelight, will be published by Sphere/Little, Brown in June 2023.

 I love to speak about my passion for reading and how I believe that developing a reading habit is one of the most effective and accessible ways for us all to improve our mental health. (I’ll be exploring this topic in my upcoming collaboration with the Pound Project, Burn Before Reading).

I have also delivered keynote speeches about social media tone of voice and how brands can develop their online presence, how to deal with imposter syndrome, and how to understand our complicated emotional relationship with work and ambition.
